Bakemonogatari (a portmanteau of bakemono, monster, and monogatari, story) is one of the funniest, creepiest, craziest, wittiest, awesomest (shut up, you grammar nazis!) things to grace a TV screen in recent years and I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone who simply enjoys watching intelligent yet touching shows.
