Quickly, what was the best game for the SEGA Genesis/Mega Drive? Any of the Sonic ones? Fantastic games, yeah, but none of them is the best. Gunstar Heroes? Could be! But nope. Earthworm Freaking Jim?? Close! But no.

The Last Unicorn is a beautiful, haunting book; and the 1982 movie version is one of the most beautiful things ever crafted for the silver screen. You ought to watch it now if you haven’t already; while the years might have made some of its elements a bit passé (hippie butterflies, anyone?), it remains an outstanding piece of animation to this day.

I had the good fortune of watching The Girl Who Leapt Through Time on a movie theatre, and ever since then I’ve been in love with this movie. It’s a sci-fi tale of an ordinary girl who suddenly finds herself with the ability to jump (literally, hysterically so) through time. What would you do if you had this power?
