My memory is somewhat foggy, but the girls’ suis remind me of what you’d see in the Conan movies
If I guess the queen is her stepmother would I guess right? She seems somewhat too young to either be the princess’s mother or to be married to the ol’ king. Course, the king could just look old due to the stress of running his kingdom and whatnot and the princess could just be tall for her age.
I didn’t remember something quite like that in the Conan movies, but since I saw them so long ago, I figured a search was in order. Alas, you might have a point there. However, it would seem the females in Hyboria didn’t know what “pants” were. Or, huh, pretty much any article of clothing that could hide their undergarments
As for the queen’s age, you put me on a tight spot. I know a number of ladies of her age IRL (AFK?) and discussing the exact numbers is akin to asking for a facestabbing… so let’s just leave it at that

Cool! And, I always heard great things about Shantae. This is from my list of games to play/finish. I’ll get to it eventually, though I don’t own a GBC so it will have to be an emulator
