Isn’t it only Zettai Ryouiki if she’s wearing a skirt? This appears to be shorts…
It is a point of contention, but it appears that shorts are OK – as long as the one wearing them is a girl

Anyways, this is mostly just me having fun, it’s not like I actually intend the character to fit the trope or even actually wear this in the end
