I thought I’d take the chance to write about this today, since it’s time-sensitive info. Come back this Wednesday for more Imaginary Daughter!
Since last week and until dawn tomorrow, some indie developers are offering a bundle of their games for whatever you may feel like paying (including $0.00, should you be such a cheap bastard). But if you think that’s as good as a promo gets, you’re in for a surprise. These guys have found the way to make it way more awesome than that.
Star Guard is a fantastic little action platformer game by Vacuum Flowers, who apparently specialize on pixellated, old-school looking games that kick ass.

Inspired in part by the recent launch of a Final Fantasy IV OC Remix album (see below), I’ve compiled this list of game soundtracks available for your perusal legally and free of charge. Some are remixes, while some are true-to-goodness original soundtracks, released into the wild by their kind and thoughtful creators.
These are good times for fans of adventure games, with the relaunch of the genre’s most beloved franchise and the announcement that a bunch of other LucasArts classics will be released on Steam tomorrow. OK, so it’s only LucasArts stuff, but still! That’s pretty good! Which is why this is pretty much the only thing that could make it all better:
