I didn’t really have anything interesting to say, but I’m thankful for the interview nevertheless. Kudos to my buddies from Aura Studio and Killabunnies, all of whom were better interviewees than myself.

Sadly this comes at a time when PxP is stuck in development limbo. I really don’t know what’s going to happen to it. We’ll see what the future brings.

Princess Deadpan

In a remarkable feat of economy, the image below not only lets you take a look at the Princess’ final design, including a sample of her expressions, but it also doubles as a wallpaper and triples as an ad for the game, by the clever inclusion of an ETA!

Sometimes I even amaze myself, I swear.

Anyways, here’s a glimpse at the final design for the Princess in this game. Save some major change of heart, this should make it as is to the game. I’m quite happy with this design.

Princess, Final Form

I’ll keep this short and to the point, which is that I’m still working on Princess x Princess, an iPhone game with an ETA of “soon,” for some value of soon.

In order to whet your appetite (?), I’ll leave you for now with a couple of character sketches for the game. Behold main protagonist, Princess [codename "D"], and sidekick Nari.

The sketch isn’t very elaborated, but I wanted you to see some progress.

Oh, I finally got myself an iPhone, which at this point was kind of a necessity. The actual game drawings look fantastic on it. Can’t wait to let this loose into the word.

As for the other stuff you come to this site for, I’d rather not give an ETR (Estimated Time of Return) right now so as not to dissappoint anyone. But it will return… also “soon”

Actually this is just preliminary sketches and ideas, I don’t know whether this will make it to the game or not. But it’s fun to pretend that it will!

One of the many… many, many things I’ve been up to in the past few days was coming up with these new species and characters to fill up the world of Princess x Princess.

It’s pretty awesome (even if so far I’m bleeding money, rather than making any).
